Membership T&C’s
Payment
Your ongoing membership will be paid fortnightly in advance at the start of each fortnight.
Your membership can start from your date of purchase, or you can nominate a date for it to start.
You can pay by your specified payment option, which can be either a direct debit from a transaction account or a credit/debit card.
Using your Membership classes
You have control of how you choose to allocate your 2 weeks of classes depending on what your work/life/social schedule looks like. You can attend more classes in the first week and less in the second week (or vice versa).
At the end of each fortnight, any unused classes will automatically roll over by an additional 30 days before expiring from your account.
No Lock in Contract
Your membership is for a no lock in contract term (unless purchased in a promotional sale), which is automatically on-going until requested to cease.
Pausing your membership
(Upon request) You may pause your membership minimum of 2 weeks. We respectfully ask for pre-planned trips, to prearrange your account. Please email renae@revolvestudio.au
Membership Terminations
Should you need to terminate your membership we require 7 days' notice, please email renae@revolvestudio.au you will be asked to complete a cancellation form. Membership terminations will not be accepted via text, social media or Momence.
Failed Membership payments
If a membership payment fails, you will have 4 days to settle it. Momence will automatically retry:
· 2 days after the failed payment
· The following day
· One final attempt the day after
If the payment is still unsuccessful after these three attempts, your membership will be automatically cancelled, and all future bookings will be removed.
Rescheduling Classes
To cancel or reschedule any bookings 12 hours' notice is required. Class bookings are to be managed via Momence.
Should you need to cancel or not attend a scheduled class without providing 12 hours’ notice, means you will forfeit your class credit. This policy is in place out of courtesy to other clients who may have been waitlisted or wanting to book into your class.
Credits
Class credits are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
Membership rates are not fixed and are subject to an annual rate increase. You will be notified in writing 4 weeks prior.
