Terms & Conditions for Purchases

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any of our services or packages, you agree to the following:

1. Class Passes & Packages

Class passes, including 5 & 10 Classes must be used within their specified expiry period (e.g., 3 months from the date of activation).
Unused credits after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
All passes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or for other services.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class start time) or failure to attend a booked class will result in the loss of a class credit.
If you need to cancel, we encourage you to do so as early as possible via Momence to allow other clients the opportunity to book.

3. Refunds & Transfers

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused classes, or unused memberships.
Class passes and memberships cannot be transferred to another person or converted into other services or credits.

5. Health & Safety

All clients are required to fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire prior to participating in classes.
Please notify us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health that may impact your participation in class.
By attending classes, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, and Revolve Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

6. Studio Etiquette

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class. Late arrivals may not be permitted into the class for safety reasons and may result in the loss of a class credit.
Phones must be kept on silent during class to avoid disruptions.
Be respectful to instructors and fellow clients to maintain a supportive environment for everyone.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or extended beyond their expiry date.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Revolve Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

By purchasing and/or attending classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
