It's my first time, what do I need to know?

Firstly, don’t be nervous! You are in a safe place; your instructor will show you around and guide you through the reformer. Be sure to advise your instructor anything they need to know about your body injuries, pregnancy, etc...

You will need to wear grippy socks whilst exercising, we have these for sale in the studio if you don’t already have a pair.

Please arrive to your class 10 minutes early.

How do I book a class or purchase a class pass?

Once you have registered your details via the ‘sign up’ button, you can download the Momence APP (purple) and book your classes there.

When you are ready to book a class, the APP will prompt you to purchase a class pass. You can select a pass that’s suitable.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, nothing too baggy to ensure nothing gets caught in the machine. You will need grippy socks, if you don’t have a pair, you can purchase some in the studio.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen so if you need to cancel your class, we ask for a 12-hour window. Anything outside that window or no show to class will result in loss of session.

To cancel your class, please do so via the Momence APP under ‘my schedule’.

Can I do Pilates pregnant?

Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is a great way to exercise whilst pregnant, your instructor can modify throughout class where needed. Chat to us about how far you are in your pregnancy and how you have been feeling prior to class (any complications will require a GP clearance).
