Reformer Jump
Elevate your fitness routine and experience a Jumpboard class! In this class you'll use a specially designed Jumpboard attached to the Reformer to perform a series of exercises that involve controlled, low impact jumping. Don't worry; it's easy on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels. WARNING – ITS LOTS OF FUNNN!
Not recommended for pre-natal clients.
Open Reformer
All levels of fitness, pre & post-natal welcome (bubs too)! Using the reformer and props, these classes are designed to focus on your balance, strength, coordination & flexibility. This class is taught in layers so you can choose your level of challenge.
Strength Reformer
A full-body workout that targets and strengthens every muscle group. Join us for a dynamic session that combines the principles of Reformer Pilates plus using dumbbells, with a laser focus on building strength, muscle tone, and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, multiple dumbbells to choose from, take your strength to new heights!
Reformer Power
This class is designed to get your heart rate up, challenge your strength, and leave you feeling powerful and energised for the weekend.
